Versatile Credit Kiosks connect over the internet directly and securely to your chosen lender. Your customers enter their details using the touchscreen and typically receive a response from the lender within 10 seconds.

Does Versatile Credit lend money to consumers?

No, Versatile Credit is not a lender. We are a lender agnostic¬Ě service provider that offers a unique hardware and software solution that enables consumers to apply for credit quickly, easily, privately and securely in store through preferred lenders selected by the retailer.

Our credit application waterfall process enables retailers to efficiently present primary lender offers to their customers and, if declined, quickly transition to secondary lender offers.

What are the benefits of adding a secondary lender?

Secondary lenders often have lower credit requirements than primaries. By adding a secondary lender to your Versatile Credit kiosk, you increase the number of customers who will be able to successfully apply for credit and reduce walkaways.

No, our kiosks are virtually plug and play. You need to provided power, a wired or wireless internet connection and go through some simple set up screens. Our technical support service is available 7 days a week should you need help.

Can I run Versatile Credit on my own PC?

No, Versatile Credit runs on a highly secure operating system that is configured specifically to run the credit application. This high level of security protects you and your customers and allows the lenders to put a high degree of trust in our service. This lender confidence contributes to higher approval ratings.

Are there any additional fees or minimum application requirements?

No.

Are there discounts available for multiple units?

Yes, discounts are available for multiple devices at the same location and for volume purchases. Please contact your Versatile Credit sales rep for further details.

What is included in warranty and support?

Versatile Support is comprehensive with our team available to help from 8am to 8pm (Eastern), seven days a week.

Versatile Support covers kiosk and printer hardware and kiosk software.

All Versatile Credit hardware and software comes with a three year warranty from the date of purchase.
