Common Issues and Errors

This is the category for knowledgebase entries related to Common Issues and Errors.

If you are receiving the error “No Content Available”, this is likely due to a screen flow not being assigned to your Registration Key.

This can be resolved by contacting the Versatile Smart Sign Support Team via telephone 1-866-241-9974 or e-mail  at support@versatilecredit.com

If there is an issue with your screen flow freezing and/or flashing when displaying content, this may be due to the media properties, or issues with your device.

You can reach out to the Versatile Smart Sign Support Team via telephone (1-866-241-9974) or e-mail (support@versatilecredit.com) where we will be able to investigate and troubleshoot the issue to determine an appropriate resolution.

If it is your first time setting up your Smart Sign device, or you have recently published a large amount of media, it is possible that it will take time for the unit to download the new media for the device. However, if you feel as though your unit has been stuck on Downloading for an extended period of time, it is possible the unit is having an issue downloading an item or items from the media loop.

If this is the case, you can reach out to the Versatile Smart Sign Support Team via telephone (1-866-241-9974) or e-mail (support@versatilesmartsign.com) where we will be able to investigate and troubleshoot the issue to determine an appropriate resolution.
